Hello everyone

hope you are doing good, i need some help if you can.

yahoo and gmail emails are being rejected by our antispam. the error is

"listed in dnsbl.sorbs.net : Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?74.6.130.123"

yahoo and gmail SMTP IPs are blacklisted at sorbs.net

i have added yahoo and gmail whole SMTP subnet to allowed list at different places. but still most of the emails are getting rejected.

i dont want to remove the sorb filter as by removing it spam increased.

looking forward for kind advice.

Hi Usmaan,

People sending Spam using addresses from gmail and yahoo might have caused one or more IPs from these providers to be listed on Sorbs. What you have to do is move this RBL from the "SMTP checks" phase to the "Anti-spam" phase (uncheck it in one place and check it on the other), and then you have to either whitelist your senders that are @gmail and @yahoo, or put the IPs found on the SPF records of these companies/domains into the "Trusted Networks/IPs" field (as you said).

Just follow the recommendations on this topic.
