blacklisted host

hello everybody

when i receive mail from cnfpt.fr domain i've this logs line

2017-11-15 17:08:13 H=relais-mail2.prod.cnfpt.aw.atos.net [160.92.173.52] rejected connection in "connect" ACL: blacklisted host: 160.92.173.52

i've watch into my mailcleaner 2014.10 in
Configuration -> SMTP->connection control->Reject connection from these hosts

and i've not found this ip address,

i'm in difficulty to resolve this problem this domain is serious but i can't receive his mail,

can you help me (sorry for my english i'm french administrator of City administration )
