Mails rejected, "List hits to be spam" not respected

Mails rejected, "List hits to be spam" not respected

To be sure Mailcleaner only sorts out the spam emails so that we get proper emails we set the "List hits to be spam" to 3, as shown in the picture below. Still emails that are in one of the lists gets rejected instantly without trying in the second and third list.

This seems like a bug to me. Something you can have a look at please?

"List hits to be spam" to 3, means 3 lists should match to decide to classify the message at the PreRBL stage
But in your situation only one list has detect the message at the SMTP stage (not in the prerbls module). Rbls that are set at the SMTP stage will reject immediately messages and if only one RBL match.

Be careful there is 3 level of RBLs in the product:

SMTP: reject smtp session and with only one criteria

PreRBLS: place the message in quarantine depending of the number of match selected in "list hits to be spam"

SpamC : contribute to the notation of the message and the global decision of this module in combination with other criteria
