I have a small problem, i have just installed and implemented the mailcleaner on our network, and have notice that if distribution mailboxes get spam there is no way to connect to them, as they have no password and cannot be set one.
i know you can login as admin and force the emails, but i would like the helpdesk guys to check this themselves without myself or our other admin having to do it each day.
i just wondered if any of you may have found a workaround for this??
