/usr/mailcleaner/etc/mailscanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf has bayes_auto_learn set to 0.
I am manually training spamassassin with sa-learn -p /usr/mailcleaner/etc/mailscanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf and --dump magic shows fine but nham keeps increasing on it's own.
I started out with even number of HAM and SPAM and training only SPAM (only nspam increases after train), HAM is now double.

I also notice my BAYES_99 is only coming in as 3.5 and not the 6.0 in the spam.assassin.prefs.conf
I guess it isn't using this file?
