Authorize some newsletter

Postby TeXDeX » Fri Oct 06, 2017 10:49 am

Hi,

I've just installed the new version 2017 "Jessie" of Mailcleaner Community and I have one question about the Newsletters module.

I activate it for my domain and I have all the newsletters blocked to my quarantine. But when I want to unlock one of them, I don't have the button "Accept this newsletter" as it's described here: https://support.mailcleaner.net/boards/3/topics/32-mailcleaner-newsletter-module

Is that an option only available in Enterprise Edition?
How can I add this exception for some newsletter?

Thanks in advance for your return.

Hello,
If the button doesn't appear i suppose message have been recognised as spam and not as newsletters.
Could you post some tracing part about these messages. Especially Filtering stage part where the word News appears.
In the community edition, the detection engine for newsletter is simple enough as rules are present but not the access to our enterprise RBLs dedicated to that so the detection rate could be far lower.

Thanks for your return.

I've got the button Newsletter like this:

But when I click on it, I have the content of the message.

Here the part of the header of one of this mail where we can see there is not a spam:
