Have you looked at the message tracing to make sure they are not being decisive?

Have you applied all of the updates? (No one else has had this issue so I don’t think it’s a bug.)

If you added blacklists have you verified that the format is correct?

PreRBLs is desicive and position in filter chain = 2, but message status is not spam

2. version 2014.10, What updates do you have in mind?
3. Now, list of trusted source is empty. Wow, in database trusted source is enabled, but in MailCleaner.conf - disabled :?

Have you followed the update instructions at:

http://forum.mailcleaner.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2012

I would also highly consider working with the 2017 beta version. It appears to be very stable and will be final in a few months.

If this is a test bed I would try starting over because it might be a fluke.
It almost seems like the Pre-rbls are not decisive. This might be a database issue.

Did you add any blacklists? It might be an issue with the syntax in the rbl files.
What happens if you go down the list enabling one at a time. I know this will be a painful process, you won’t know if it works until the black list catches the message but this has helped me from time to time.

I think I understand what's wrong.

Number of hits = 2

if number of hits = 2 then RBL is decisive.
if number of hits = 1 then RBL is not decisive.

But I still do not understand the logic of the table 'prefilter' in the database :D

Thank you.

I am not a database expert so that I will leave alone. But yeah I should have asked you about that setting earlier. If you require 2 hits then it will take two rbl matches to mark the message as spam. I have mine set to one hit because I have got my list of rbls down pretty well.

Also consider you have only 4 rbls active so 50% of your rbl lists will have to report the message as spam before it is quarantined for prerbls.
