Which sort of reports?

Which mailserver(s)?

If you want reports of quarantine, for example, and you have a Mailcleaner cluster, you won't get separate reports per Mailcleaner.

If you want separate reports per user then that comes as default.

It may help if you explain what you're trying to achieve?

So you say that every user (user@domain.nl) gets it owns rapport? And that is default?

Right, configurable in domain preferences.
Preferences can always be overloaded by Users preferences.

One of our mailcleaner users complains about the amount of reports he received.
He preference to get one report for everything. Is that possible? Now he receive 30 reports per time.

He also complain about the amount of spam he get into his mailbox. It sames mailcleaner becomes worse by time.

Any toughs?

Ruliezz: is his email address have a catchall configured on it ? It may explained mannnnny reports for his mannnnny email address.

You also need to know that if MC can't do SMTP callout to verify if the address exists (server unreachable) MC will accept the email. The next report cycle will generate many separate reports.

On the contrary if your user doesn't have a catchall but has many alias on his email address, it's then normal that MC send many reports, and yes you can group them. You'll need to create a user with his main address and add all his alias to it.

For the spams that get through, its more complicated. You'll have to tweak your MC and the forum is full of hints for that.
