rdns blocking

Postby foobar » Fri Sep 16, 2016 8:48 am

Hi, we use qmail + spamdyke for our main mailserver, and now I added mailcleaner in front of it.
Things went well... nice work for the developers.

It's just i'm not familiar with exim, and i wonder where can i put blacklist for rdns mailserver
that keeps changing their From: address and IP address ?
e.g : mail23.[thisisthefixname].com. I want to just put their name inside the blocklist
and save the time and resource for doing a lot of IP resolving or RBL lookup.

Can this be done inside the mailcleaner ? or exim config files ? or did i miss something from the mailcleaner manual ?

Thanks in advance.

Can we add something like *.thisisthefixname.com in config > SMTP > connexion control > Reject connection from these hosts ?

Return to “Configuration”
