the latest patch provide clamav 0.94.2 .
I'm not aware of exploitable security problem with this version, so it should do the work correctly.
If I'm missing any security breach with this version, please provide information and I will see what I can do.
For your problem, I don't know as the 0.95 and 0.95.1 version compiled fine on all our systems (which are Lenny or Etch ones though).
It seems complaining for netinet/in.h. Looking at
http://packages.debian.org, you can see this is part of the libc6-dev packages.
Maybe try to check if this package is installed and not corrupt...
