Re: MailCleaner 2017 Beta feedback

Among all this, if one colleague or myself find some time to integrates Let's encrypt, it should be here before the end of the year. Thanks for the update! SNMP is not that important since we can do it via CLI, but would be better. - Can you provide the information where the certificates are stored...

Re: MailCleaner 2017 Beta feedback

I have two requests: - Please support Let's Encrypt for WebUI and TLS/SSL SMTP encryption. I am fine to set LE up manually via CLI, but your GUI requests the certificate data via GUI, so how do we solve this? - Support SNMP V3 with encryption and authentication. This should be easy to setup via gui ...

Re: MailCleaner 2017 Beta feedback

Hello derdanilo, You re right, it was a long long way ;-) Questions: Q1: "Why is the forum still without SSL? Come on this should be easy and we all login without encryption." R: Right, I'll ask concerned people. Q2: "Why did you just use PHP 5.6 and not 7.0 or 7.1 which is way faste...

Re: MailCleaner 2017 Beta feedback

Happy to see that we are going somewhere here. Was a long way there. 8) Questions: 1. Why is the forum still without SSL? Come on this should be easy and we all login without encryption. 2. Why did you just use PHP 5.6 and not 7.0 or 7.1 which is way faster and ressource efficient? 3. Why Exim and n...

Re: Debian Jessie

The KVM image works for me using Proxmox and other solutions for most setups we manage, but not all of them. ISO is no priority but a nice to have. Totally fine with me if it comes later. Most important part from my point of view is that Mailcleaner updates are pushed more or less automatically or v...

Re: Change Forum software + SSL and give it a reboot

Discourse is very stable as well and extremely easy to maintain (via gui, one button upgrade mainly). You can run it via docker (easiest way to backup and "transport" if required) or on your server of choice. This is just an idea, not a requirement. I really want to push mailcleaner to the...

Change Forum software + SSL and give it a reboot

Hey Guys, phpBB is quiet old and does not really implement what modern forums should look like. Hence I suggest a forum reboot with SSL and modern software like http://www.discourse.org/ . Saying that I think that it might be good to completely reboot the forum with the new mayor version of mailclea...

Re: Debian Jessie

Congrats to your twins! :) 4) We have to fill /etc/issue with links to documentation etc... as MailCleaner will now come without installer but as a ready to use VM. 5) KVM VM will be the first to be available probably as we works with it, but they should be convertible, and we'll soon provide some f...
