Re: Error using LDAPS and SMTP auth on 587

Hello, Confirmed, we got the bug some month ago too from a customer, if i remember well i let the default value but added the port after the server in the destination server field: myldapserver.test.com:636. I remember now that it was for IMAPS so probably exactly the same problem. Not really a bug ...

Re: Error when releasing a message

Hello,
Try to resync_db, try to resync_spam, try to check your slave.pl script to see if your cluster is well configured.
Best regards,

Re: /etc/sudoers overwritten

Hello, mailcleaner:~$ grep -Hrni 'sudoers' /usr/mailcleaner/ /usr/mailcleaner/etc/init.d/apache:86: sudofile=/usr/sudo/etc/sudoers I would begin by searching in this file ;-) Probably comment line 90 to 118, but re-check as could not have same exact version. Check for consequences too but i would ri...

Re: Update error

Hello, You should probably not update perl module like this as all the base code is old, in place, prefer to re-launch install and compile script after an update. You should find install_perl_libs.sh and install_sa.sh in /usr/mailcleaner/install. I can't confirm it will not brank something else but ...

Re: Debian Jessie

Hello, To say it simply: I would be happy if we could install it with a one liner without days of work ;-) For differents reasons (company policy or technical), we have to keep the existing base, and there was an installer built for the iso, some shell script for installing perl module, packages inc...

Re: integrating RSpamd

Hello, Yes we found that two years ago and i studied it. It looks like promising but when you find some statistics comparative with spamassassin, results are not so different and this is logical as there is (as far i found) no rules bases, but a compatibility with spamassassin rules ! Considering th...

Re: Is this still an active project?

Hello, To be honest, we hope for less support in December to work full time (or at least one person some days a week !) on that. But I have a almost fully functionnal MailCleaner working under Debian Jessie since 8 months now on my machine and here is the list of what means "almost": - We ...

Re: Is this still an active project?

Hello, I can confirm than the commercial edition continue to evolve and we have plan for the community edition too. We are working on a new version of the commercial edition running on Debian Jessie and after that (or at the same time, depending of the elapsed time) we would like too merge both comm...

Re: URIRBLs needing rehabilitation

Hello, The logic will work yes. "And what if I don't want to block HTTPS link" : You have to add http:, sadly spammers use all possible url combination so they write without the http://, or without the href= thinking than mail client will recognize url (what they do...). So by adding http:...

Re: HoneyPot Project?

Hello, I checked the honeypot project some weeks ago and wrote to them: no answer at all, good beginning. I was writing to them because it is clear in their documentation about rbl usage than their RBL contains malwares uri, search web bot adress and a lot of other things but strictly no trace about...
