Is it an option to add:
- whitelisting for Greylisting in GUI (filling the file: /usr/mailcleaner/etc/greylistd/whitelist-hosts)
- whitelisting for url shorteners in GUI (filling the file: /usr/mailcleaner/etc/rbls/whitelisted_domains.txt)

WannaCry doesn't come per email, so the answer is no :D

For other crypto-related junk mail I can recommend the SaneSecurity scripts (just search on this forum).

If you implement Sane Security updates these scam would be blocked.
